Springtrap's dual-stance system gives him tools for every situation. Beartrap's 8-second stun is unmatched for securing kills, and Scream punishes any team that groups up. He remains the most dominant indoor-map Killer in the current patch.

Rating Reason
The Mimic's disguise mechanic is the strongest psychological tool in the game. Against inexperienced teams it can win matches alone, but it drops to A rather than S because disciplined teams with comms can counter it consistently.

Rating Reason
Ennard is a B-tier pick not because the kit is weak, but because the skill floor is too high to recommend broadly. Expect the ranking to climb in practical value only after players master Wire Whip angles and Skin Suit timing.
// C TIER — CURRENTLY EMPTY
No Killers are rated C in the current patch (v4.12). All 3 Killers are viable picks. See B tier for situational options.
// D TIER — CURRENTLY EMPTY
No Killers are rated D in the current patch (v4.12).

Core Skills
Strengths
Weaknesses
Rating Reason
Medic's sustain loop is still the strongest team utility in the game. A single well-timed heal swing keeps a chase alive, and TRIAGE makes every resource on the map more efficient. It remains the best all-around Survivor class in coordinated play.

Intel · Crowd Control
Core Skills
Strengths
Weaknesses
Rating Reason
Security Guard's information advantage is unmatched. Knowing the Killer's position lets the whole team play cleaner routes, and ALERT creates clutch save windows. It stays A tier because the class needs positioning discipline that newer players rarely maintain.

Core Skills
Strengths
Weaknesses
Rating Reason
Technician sits in A tier because objective acceleration is always relevant, but not as universally forgiving as Medic. In coordinated teams with ALERT coverage or Parry peel, Technician can swing matches faster than any other Survivor class.

Rating Reason
Fighter is the highest-skill Survivor class. A perfect Parry is one of the strongest individual plays in the game, but the margin for error is small. Most players simply get more stable value from Medic, Security Guard, or Technician.

Starter Class

Rating Reason
Customer is the starter class and intentionally limited. It is C tier not because it is unusable, but because every other class provides team value that Customer cannot match. It remains a learning pick, not a long-term meta choice.
// D TIER — CURRENTLY EMPTY
No Survivor classes are rated D in the current patch (v4.12).
// How we rank
1. Win Rate Contribution
How much does this character improve the team's chance of winning? Killers are evaluated on elimination rate. Survivors are evaluated on escape rate and objective conversion.
2. Ability Strength (Current Patch)
Raw power of abilities in v4.12. Balance patches can shift rankings quickly, so this list is intended to refresh within 48 hours of any meaningful patch.
3. Map Versatility
Characters that perform well across all three maps rank higher than specialists. Strong map-specific picks are still called out directly in each entry.
4. Skill Floor vs. Ceiling
A character with a huge ceiling but a punishing floor ranks lower when most players cannot reach that ceiling reliably. This is why Ennard and Fighter sit below safer power picks.
5. Community Data
Discord-reported win patterns and observed gameplay trends are used to cross-check the rankings. Community data never overrides obvious patch-level power changes, but it does settle close calls.
